3 Mar 1821, heirs and representatives of Jacob Kuykendall, except the youngest son John Kuykendall who is represented by Guardian Henry Kuykendall make a mutal agreement regarding slaves of said dec'd.

Whereas Charles F. Wells and Betsy his wife have two slaves they purchased from John and Rebecca Hardin, his wife formerly Rebecca Kuykendall the said Charles and Betsy are to have two negro boys, Bob valued at $380 and Edmund Bob valued at $180.
Henry Kuykendall is to have a negro boy named James
Jacob Kuykendall is to have negro woman named Judy valued at $380 and to pay Henry Kuykendall $70 and Charles A. Wells $10
John Kuykendall is to have a Negro boy George valued at $40 and pay C. F. Wells $30

Henny $300,
Mary $265,
Lewis $125. Total $505.
We assign unto the said Priscilla Aud the above named negro Woman Henny at three hundred dollars leaving Priscilla indebted to the heirs in the sum of $103.33. Witness our hand this 31 Aug 1823 M. Glascock, Jonathan Gore and Hatsel Jennings, Commrs.

9 Jan 1826 Elijah Summers of Spencer Co. KY and dollar for 20 acres "deeded me by George Waller and others" in Spencer Co. and for the conveyance of which I hold Thomas Goodwin's bond... to be hired out:

together with all household items and livestock
(the deed is very long and gives directions as to how the slaves are to be hired out but damage makes it too difficult to read)
